This study searches to analyze the differences that are produced in the orchestration or temporal distribution of the writing process, through the use of a direct on-line retrospective technique, functioning at the educational level. In the study participated 1231 students, who all exhibited a normal scholastic average, within the compulsory educational stage. The results verify a non-gradual development, most notably at the beginning of the secondary stage. It highly values these results and their use for the evaluation and instructional intervention in written composition.
