Our goal in this chapter will assist the training of stakeholders in achieving approapriate intervention in a period of crisis, provide elements for identification, propose an approach and a model of therapeutic intervention. We understand crises as situations in which resources, defense, social skills the individual hitherto used, stop working for balance and satisfaction of their internal and external needs. The subject experiences during the crises, a great need to help be more susceptible to the influence of the other, so it has a greater willingness to change. Divide the psychotherapeutic process in a series of phases and give some hints about the types of situatioin in crisis response to the predominant emotion, highlighting the most important ideas when addressinbg them. – (International Journal of Developmental and Educational Psychology = INFAD Revista de Psicologia ; ano 25, № 1-vol. 2) .
