Background: Now a days it`s necessary to provide strategies to face a changing world by offering proposals for intervention to promote the childcare. It`s necessary the importance of evaluation and service centers that serve children who are the future of our society. The evaluation allows to improve the quality of professional psycosociopedagogique center and improving your organization. Method: Literature was analyzed and collected information that helped to set up a system to collect quality indicators of the centers through questionnaires. the expert judges were consulted utilising Delphi`s technique. The analysis of the reliability and the validity of the instrument was calculated using the Cronbach`s alpha. Results: The data analysis shows excellent internal consistency. We show that the quality psycho- socioeducational professionals in the centres studied is very good. Is required to implement certain improvements in the emotional care professionals.
