The appearance of the animal’s body is a reflection of its internal state. How the change in the internal state affects the appearance of the animal is the basis for the diagnosis of a wide variety of diseases. The identification of patterns between the condition of the body and the fulfillment of various body functions is of interest in the most diverse areas of human-animal interaction.To determine how much the initial state of the body differs from the ideal one, as well as for the right treatment, it is necessary to know not only the qualitative (what has changed and how), but also the quantitative (how much has changed) patterns of the relationship between internal and external changes.Nowadays, we have only partial knowledge about such regularities as 2-3 parameters of the animal’s body interact with each other. But based on this information, as well as data on specific animals and their condition, it is possible to create a mathematical model that describes the interaction of many parameters of the body. In this regard, the purpose of this master's thesis is to create a mathematical model that facilitates the selection of a nutritional solution for a particular dog, and its software implementation.Tasks of the master's thesis:1. Selection and analysis of literature on the research topic.2. Definition of a set of parameters reflecting the condition of the dog’s body.3. Creating a mathematical model that allows to find parameter valuescorresponding to the optimal condition of the dog’s body.4. Creating a program that implements this model.
