This article shows the results of the authors` empirical research. The research is focused on changes of Latin American students` values who study in Russia. This research compares 2 groups of Latin American students: those, who study in a preparatory faculty, and the senior students, who spend at least 3-4 years in Russia. The authors conclude that there are gender differences in how people`s values transform, and also that instrumental values have more plasticity than terminal values. – (International Journal of Developmental and Educational Psychology = INFAD Revista de Psicologia ; ano 25, № 1-vol. 2) .
